Directions for Use:

• Apply one to two times daily or as needed.
• For sneezing and runny nose, apply to the tip of the nose and upper lip/nostril area.
• To alleviate sinus pressure and inflammation, apply over the sinus area.
• Relieve pressure, stuffiness, and encourage ear drainage by applying behind the ears.
• Decrease swelling in tonsils by applying over the neck/tonsil area.
• Address post-nasal drip by applying to the throat area and nose.
• Apply directly to hives to reduce inflammation.

Directions for Those with Sensory Issues:

• For individuals with sensory sensitivities, apply to the back of the neck or feet for overall allergy relief. This application may take longer to take effect but is better tolerated by those sensitive to smells or oil application on the face.

Ingredients:

• MCT oil, Citrus bergamia, Tanacetum annuum, Copaifera langsdorfii, Eucalyptus globulus, Matricaria chamomilla, Helichrysum italicum, Cymbopogon flexuosus.
